It is a modern airport, with arrivals and departures taking place on the main ground floor. Regular national and international flights arrive and depart at the airport. The domestic flag-carrier Iberia Airlines serves the airport while EasyJet flies from and to the UK. Numerous charter companies fly to and from the airport, making it the second most important airport in terms of foreign tourism in Andalucia. Local bus line 20, links the airport with the city centre and Taxis are always available too. But, Almeria is well worth visiting and the best way to thoroughly discover it is by using a car rental in Almeria.

The single-terminal facility of Granada Airport (GRX) provides a popular gateway into the popular region of Andalusia. This airport serves domestic flights only, with the vast majority of flights coming in from Barcelona and Madrid. It is officially known as the Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport and passenger numbers are only of approximately one million per annum, therefore is able to provide a speedy and efficient service. Public buses run from Granada Airport to the city centre, while taxis and hotel shuttles provide the only other ground transfer options aside from rental cars. Car hire at Granada airport is one of the easiest ways to move around the province.

Most visitors at the airport arrive from Germany and the UK however around 36% of all passengers arrive at Jerez Airport are on domestic Spanish flights. Ryanair introduced regular flights between Jerez Airport and London which helped increase passenger numbers. In 2010, it handled 1,043,163 passengers. There are regular buses to and from the airport to Jerez, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Cadiz but for more freedom to visit this particular and enchanting paradise, book a car rental in Jerez.
Car hire Seville airport
Seville airport (SVQ), also known as San Pablo Airport, is the main airport for Seville and is Andalusia's second airport, behind Málaga. It is located in the south of Spain, 10 kilometres north-east of the Sevillian capital between the city limits of Seville and Rinconada. It has one terminal and one runway. Though Seville airport does have some international traffic, it basically deals with domestic traffic, which represents 79.8 percent of the total. It now handles over 4 million passengers each year. It is one of many bases for the Spanish low cost carrier Vueling, and from November 2011 Ryanair will base two aircrafts there as well. Seville's urban transport Bus company operates buses between the airport and the Santa Justa Railway Station in Seville every half hour. There are also taxis in front of the terminal building. A ride to Seville costs approximately 20€ and takes 15 minutes.
